Where is BIO SPECTRA based?
Our operating headquarters are in Al Barsha South, Dubai, UAE. Products are manufactured in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, where extraction, bottling and packing take place.

Do ESSENTIALS oils contain added vitamin E or essential oils?
No. Each ESSENTIALS formula contains one botanical oil: Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Rosa Rubiginosa Seed Oil or Punica Granatum Seed Oil. There is no added vitamin E or essential oil. Their natural colour, aroma and texture are part of each oil's character.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled through our UAE, France and USA warehouse network, depending on stock, destination and fulfilment availability. We offer worldwide delivery to supported destinations; availability is confirmed at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–5 business days for DHL Express, 5–8 for Standard and 7–14 for Economy. Contact us for a destination-specific estimate for the International service. See Shipping & Delivery.
Do you supply hotels and spas?

How do I contact you?

Can I return an order?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a change-of-mind return. Items must be unused and unopened, with the original cap seal intact. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. See Returns & Refunds for details and your statutory rights.
What packaging is used for professional sizes?
All bottles of 100 mL and above use amber glass.
Which oil should I choose for my face or body?
For a facial ritual, explore our 30 mL face oils. For body care and massage, discover AURELIX™ Golden Botanical Body & Massage Oil, SEX APPEAL — Sensual Body + Massage Oil, and RELAX + RECOVERY — Body Massage Oil, each available in 100 mL and 200 mL.
