14-day returns

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a change-of-mind return. Products must be unused and unopened, with the original cap seal intact and the original packaging included.

Return shipping

Customers pay the postage and packaging costs for change-of-mind returns. Please package items securely and retain proof of postage.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve your enquiry. The unopened-product condition and customer-paid change-of-mind postage do not restrict your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds

We will confirm the outcome of your return by email. Any refund due will be made to the original payment method, subject to applicable consumer law.

Your consumer rights

These conditions do not limit your statutory rights. Where an applicable right of withdrawal applies, including for eligible EU online purchases, you may notify us of cancellation within 14 days of delivery. Statutory return and refund deadlines, exceptions and remedies apply, and exercising those rights does not depend on discretionary approval from BIO SPECTRA.
